Comprehensive Refund & Exchange Policy

A. The 14-Day Guarantee

Under Kuwaiti Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to exchange or return items within 14 days of purchase/delivery, provided the item is in its original, merchantable condition, including all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

B. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)

For the protection of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is present:

• Intimate Apparel: Underwear, lingerie, and swimwear.

• Accessories: Earrings and hair accessories (due to health regulations).

• Beauty: Opened fragrances or cosmetics.

• Altered Goods: Any clothing that has been tailored or modified at the customer’s request.

C. The Refund Method

• KNET & Credit Cards: Refunds will be processed back to the original card used. Note that while we process it within 48 hours, banks in Kuwait may take 7–14 business days to reflect the balance.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Since we cannot refund "cash" via a courier, COD returns are issued as Store Credit (Voucher) or via Bank Transfer to a Kuwaiti bank account (transfer fees may apply).

• Delivery Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a return brings the remaining order value below the "Free Shipping" threshold, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
