A. Eligibility & Account Security

B. Pricing & Availability

While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund. All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD).

C. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Kuwaiti Law, Darrazan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item paid by the customer.

D. Intellectual Property

All content—including logos, photography, and website design—is the exclusive property of Darrazan. Any unauthorized use or "copy-pasting" of our designs is subject to legal action under Kuwaiti IP Law.
