A. Delivery Zones & Fees

• Metropolitan Areas: (Kuwait City, Hawally, Salmiya, etc.) – KWD 2.000.

• Remote Areas: (Wafra, Abdali, Sabah Al-Ahmad, Khairan) – KWD 3.500.

• Express Delivery: We offer "Same Day Delivery" for orders placed before 11:00 AM for a flat fee of KWD 3.500.

B. Customer Responsibility (The "Address Clause")

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address (Governorate, Area, Block, Street, House/Building, Floor). If a delivery fails due to incorrect information or the customer’s unavailability after three attempts, a re-delivery fee will apply.

C. Inspection Upon Delivery

Upon receiving your package, please inspect the external packaging. If the package is visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery and contact our WhatsApp Support immediately.
